All orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after this window, or during weekends and public holidays, are processed on the next business day.
Complimentary standard shipping is provided on all orders over ₹3,000 (apply code SABLESHIP at checkout). For orders under ₹3,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹150 will be charged.
Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email notification with details of the courier partner and your shipment's tracking ID. You can also monitor shipping status through your account dashboard.
We want you to love your bag. If it is not a perfect fit, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Returns requested beyond this duration cannot be accommodated.
Bags must be returned in their original condition: unused, unaltered, free of scratches or blemishes, and with all protective wrapping, gold hardware films, and hangtags completely intact. They must also be packed inside their original dust bag and external box.
Refunds are initiated once the item is received and undergoes a quality check at our warehouse. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
